As Vice President of RIM First People, Larry Cash, AIA NCARB brings 35 years of experience as an accomplished architect and business owner – 31 of which have been in Alaska where he has participated in numerous landmark projects. Larry is also the President/CEO of RIM Architects, which has a minority ownership in RIM First People.

Michael Fredericks >>
Michael Fredericks became the President of RIM First People in 2008. She has worked to combine her activism in Alaska Native issues with her role as an intern architect. Graduating in May 2002 from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Masters of Architecture, Michael specialized in incorporating community participation in design as a way of enriching projects and investing communities.
